Gluten-free diets are all the rage lately, whether you’re living with Celiac disease or are living healthier, and substitutions for your favorite dishes, like pasta, pop up everywhere! Eating gluten-free doesn’t have to be all about spiralized zucchini noodles, though! Our next Chef’s Cooking Class will take you into The Rattlesnake’s kitchen to prepare a fully gluten-free meal fit for entertaining, special occasions and pure indulgence! Gluten-free CAN be gourmet, and Chef Chris is going to show you how! You'll get to watch and learn (or join in, if you'd like) from a professional chef in a professional kitchen - plus you'll take home each of these recipes along with a special gift.

Pan-Roasted Duck Breast – Chef Chris will show you how to get the most tender duck breast with the crispiest skin, plus he’ll show you what to do with all that delicious duck fat!
