Photo Session Details:
Your ticket reservations are for Professional Photographers to reserve a time slot in our Country fields on either August 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, OR 30th from 2pm-7pm. Each slot is 30 minutes. Photographers can choose how they will schedule their client(s) whether it be 1 family session, multiple mini sessions, or artistic photos. Photographers will be required to give Siegels Cottonwood Farm a list of clients that will be coming on the date/time slot they reserve 24 hours before. Those clients will NEED to check in with one of our staff member. Photographers are responsible for meeting their clients and taking them to their space in the field. We will not be sectioning off our field for each photographer as we would like them to choose the best location for him/her. We will have pre-made areas for them to take advantage of.
Guidelines:
We have a few photographer guidelines that we will give you before attending your time slot (ie no extra lighting, no props, no animals, etc.). This time slot is for 1 photographer and assistant. We realize that you may use multiple cameras to capture your photos, however, only 1 photographer will be allowed per time slot. If you have an additional photographer/person coming to help take photos, you will need to purchase an additional reservation space. Assistants are permitted to help you meet clients and/or help assist you with the photo shoot at no extra charge.
PRICING:
2pm-6:30pm Slots are $200/per 30 minutes.
2pm to 7pm slot $475/per 2 hours
7:00pm-8:00pm VIP Sunset Photos $500 for 1 hour time slot, Limited availability.
Along with your photo session includes clippers to cut 4 sunflowers. You may use these for yourself, or for your client(s) to cut during their session. If you cut more than 4 sunflowers, you will be charged an additional fee per sunflower. Please be courteous.
Event Waiver:
We will not be designating spaces for each photographer as we trust that you will respect other photographers and work around one another. The farm is 10 acres and we feel there will be plenty of space for several photographers to spread out and find the spot that works best for him/her. You will have several areas to take advantage of for photo opportunities; Sunflower Field, Giant Zinnia Field, Corn Field along with other areas around the farm. With each time slot. We are limiting the number of photographers out during this time to prevent crowds and too many people in the property for social distancing. We want this to be a wonderful experience for you and your clients in capturing memories with our gorgeous farm! 🌻
All photos being taken MUST be family friendly. We ask that if photos are posted on social media that you give credit to the farm by using #SiegelsCottonwoodFarm or #TheBarnAtCottonwood or tagging the farms Facebook page in your posts.
***IMPORTANT***
It is important to know that these sessions are weather permitting and also relies on the proper growing conditions for the crops. Should something happen where we have a complete crop failure, we will allow you to use your fee for a Fall session at the farm and will work out the details with you privately. Should the weather conditions be stormy or raining and it wouldn't be possible to take photos on your dates listed above we will have rain dates available and will work with you to reschedule the photos during one of those selected times.

Refund Policy:
All tickets must be used at the same time. Tickets can not be split between a different day. As a Guest of the Siegel's Cottonwood Pumpkin Farm I understand that I am responsible for reading and abiding by all rules, regulations and restrictions listed. The dress code and code of conduct for all guests is mandatory and any violation of these rules may result in being denied entry to the farm. Guests who fail to abide by the rules and restrictions can and will be removed from the property without a refund of the admission. We appreciate your cooperation for the safety of all our guests. Please note by purchasing your tickets you are agreeing to the ticket type details. For example: Weekend Ticket will be valid to use any date we are open for the season BUT some activities/attractions may not be open due to being only on Weekends as stated on said ticket. Weather & Closures Siegel's Cottonwood Farm is an outdoor facility. Operations of most attractions and activities are weather dependent. We attempt to keep the farm open as much as possible, but please be advised that inclement weather may result in necessary closures of the farm or certain activities/attractions for safety. In the event of a closure during operational hours, refunds will not be provided, a raincheck to visit at an alternative date may be available at the Manager's discretion. No cash refunds, all sales are final. Children 2 and under are always FREE. There needs to be 1 adult, for every 5 children ages of 15 & under, must be present for the safety of all guests.
