Refund Policy:

Once tickets are purchased there are NO REFUNDS or RETURNS, for any reason. If you can NOT complete the Attraction please notify a staff member and we will come to your rescue, however you will not receive a refund. Guests who interfere with the safety or enjoyment of others will be asked to leave, No refund. Guests must follow and obey all posted rules or they will be asked to leave, No refund. Guests who harm or assault an actor/staff member will be removed and charges brought against them, No refund.

Cancellation Policy:

We are an OUTDOOR Attraction and Mother Nature is temperamental. It may be raining here but not 20 minutes away so if the weather is questionable, PLEASE check our website or Facebook page or call 908-782-2705. We will post "RAINED OUT" at 5pm and CLOSE for evening. Your ticket for a Rained Out Day WILL BE EXCEPTED on ANY REMAINIG DAY our FrightFest is running. In the event the Rained Out Day falls on November 2, 2019, you will receive a refund within 15 business days.
