Fuzzballs (Ferndale, MI) - Improv with puppets!
Eleven Marbles (Detroit, MI) - The Eleven Marbles were a part of the then burgeoning Detroit improv scene of the mid 90s. They had shows at Clutch Cargos, the Redford Theater, and a long running show at the theater next to the magic shop in Royal Oak that became Detroit Improv Works. They performed short and long forms as well as sketch. Many members departed the city for Los Angeles, New York, Minneapolis and Boston. Collectively they have studied at Second City, IO, Chicago City Limits, ImprovBoston, etc...
Dubalicious (Ferndale, MI) - Dubalicious combines the thrill of long form improv with hilarity of partner dubbing. This two lady troupe, founded by Lauren Bickers and Cara Trautman in 2006, has performed at The Detroit Improv Festival, Gilda's LaughFest and regularly at Go Comedy Improv Theater.
