Attendee grants and conveys to Faery Court Masquerade Ball and Elemental Design, LLC, all right, title, and interests in any and all photographs, images, video, audio recordings, likeness or voice of attendee made in connection with attendance at the event. Attendee hereby irrevocably authorizes Elemental Design, LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. Attendee waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein his / her likeness appears. Attendee waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
