Tryouts for our 2023 season will be held at Roma Sports Club on December 22nd from 7:30pm - 9:30pm and at Romeoville Athletic & Event Center on January 5th (2023) from 8:30pm - 10:30pm. These are open tryouts for all three of Steel City's planned 2023 teams. Upon clicking "Register" herein, a user will be prompted to select one of the two tryout dates.

Our three teams will be as follows:

#1: Our semi-professional team will be in the Midwest Premier League (Season generally runs from May 1st - July 31st)

#2: Our top reserve team to our semi-professional team will be in the National Soccer League team (Season generally runs from May 1st - August 15)

#3: Our Under 23 team will be in the National Soccer League's Under 23 division (Season generally runs from June 1st - July 31st).

All teams will also complete in the Illinois State Cup. A collection of our best players will also complete in the USASA's National Amatuer Cup.

Steel City FC is a professional-like environment. Irrespective of which team a player is placed upon initially, all three of our teams train under a common coaching staff and players may be rotated through teams based upon their performance.
