A blood-soaked production ruled by vengeance and pride, Titus Andronicus: Gods and Ruin reimagines Shakespeare's tragedy as a mythic horror tale where the ideas and inspirations of pantheons stir beneath the surface of human cruelty. As Titus returns home victorious from war, he sacrifices and enemy prince to honor his dead sons and Rome and unknowingly awakes a storm of wrath. The queen he wrongs, Tamora, seeds out and enacts her revenge through many opportunities with the assistance of her wild sons Chiron and Demetrius and her secret lover Aaron the Moor.

This isn't your English teacher's Shakespeare, Gods and Ruin fuses the raw language and text with the eerie mysticism of ancient gods and decaying rituals. Expect immersive storytelling, atmospheric design and a fast paced, action-driven production.
