Greetings Merchants and Vendors!

We are using this platform for you to pay your booth rental fees as well as confirm any campsites needed for the weekend of our event July 26 & 27. We need payments in full to HOLD your spot. Pay in full by the June 30 and it is the price listed. Pay July 1 - 10 and there is an additional $20.00 late fee that will be incurred. Anyone paying after July 10 is subject to availability and may loose their spot as well as paying the LATE FEE. This site is for those wishing to pay with a credit or debit card and fees will be assessed. Want NO FEES... pay by Check, Cash or Money Order payments and make checks out to: OHIO PIRATE CON and mail to: 1024 Tiffin St., Fremont, OH 43420. If you live local you can also make arrangements to drop-off payment with us by calling or texting us @ 419-455-4364.

Booth Set up and/or Campsite Check-In will be either

July 25 - Friday - 12:00PM - 8:00PM or

July 26 - Saturday - 7:00AM - 9:45AM (Gates open at 10:00AM to the public)


Event Times Open to the Public:

July 26 - Saturday - 10:00AM - 6;00PM

July 27 - Sunday - 11;00AM - 5:00PM

(Merchants will be able to get in early both days to set up their booths, etc... we will message everyone closer to the date with more info)


There is also an optional but totally fun and exciting exclusive Vendor and VIP Pre-Con Welcome Party Get Together we are holding on Friday July 25 - 7:00PM - 11:00pm at the beautiful downtown Strand Theater and Backstage Lounge that includes a buffet with good food, lemonade and Ice Tea. Your price is only $15 per person all-inclusive! Spirited drinks are on your own... with the exception of a special PIRATE WELCOME TOAST SHOT that will be given by the producers of the event: The Nauti Navigator "Crazy Bob" and his wife The Shady "Lady Beth". After the official welcome... the public will be invited to join in the fun... and DJ DARKS CHOIR will be spinning some dancing tunes for all to enjoy!


We are ALL looking forward to meeting each and every one of you and making this event the newest and best thing to HIT the OHIO TOURISM market this year!

Cancellation Policy:

An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
