Foundational Footwork is open to anyone wanting to work on their ball manipulation, ball mastery, ground and aerial receiving, and more.
Players will touch the ball hundreds of times through technical repetition, providing players with growth in confidence by building muscle
memory.
Registration is open to all for players 8-13. Groups will be small at each technical station, meaning that there will be limited availability. Sessions will be Monday and Tuesday to help those players that have a training team session on either day.
1x week sessions. Each session is once a week for 6 weeks. Any rainouts will be made up. Designed for those players wanting to get better
technically.
