Clan Registration
Registration Deadline: 05/01/2022 (Unless spaces fill earlier)
- A clan is not considered a sponsor, and is not promised the same benefits as a sponsor. If you are interested in also becoming a sponsor, please contact us directly, or wait for the sponsorship page to be live, and register there.
- Clans or Societies receive a discounted rate of $35 for business card-size advertising in the program. To place and ad, contact us. Deadline for advertising is 4/1/2022.
- All clan registrations include (2) weekend passes to the festival. Additional passes can be purchased at the standard rate.
- Due to limited space, clans are allotted space on a first come first served basis.
- We reserve the right to reject any clan for any reason at any time.
Policies
Refund Policy:
No refunds or returns.
Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
