FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there parking at the event?

Yes! Our new location offers 20 acres of free on-site parking!

Do we have to bring our own tent/canopy?

NEW THIS YEAR! We are offering 10' x 10' pop-up canopy rental for $30. You can reserve a rental canopy on the registration/ticket page.

Is the facility handicap accessible?

The facility is a fairgrounds with crushed gravel pathways. Handicap parking is available just outside the entry gate. We are dedicated to making our event completely accessible so, if you require assistance, please let us know.

Can we bring our Clan dog?

Absolutely! Don't let them bite anyone and clean up their doodies.

Will anyone be available to help us set up?

We can usually find someone to give you a hand with set up. When you arrive let Terese or Warren know you'd like some help.

Will we be able to see the Games from our location?

You will be so close you'll be able to hear their kilts swooshing.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed in the Clan area?

With the exception of the designated Wee Folk area, the Festival allows for beer, wine, cider & mead purchased from the official beer tent to carried anywhere inside the festival grounds.

Are the registration & rental fees refundable?

No.

What happens if it rains?

The Festival goes on rain-or-shine so if it rains, we all get a little wet while we run to one of the seven buildings on the fairgrounds. (The beer garden is under a roof *wink*) If you feel you must leave due to weather, find Terese or Warren and they will assist with getting you loaded up and safely out the gate.
