No refunds or returns. We are open rain or shine. *Please note that VIP passes are only good for the timeslot they are sold for. If you miss your timeslot, the ticket will no longer be valid and a refund will not be issued.

Cancellation Policy:

An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
