Detroit’s own Queen of Blues Thornetta Davis will be getting you in the holiday spirit with songs that will have you thankful for the Blues. Wednesday, November 21, 2018, join Thornetta and her band for Bar Night 2018. The Detroit City Distillery hosts this event for you to enjoy some Gin, Bourbon, Vodka, and Whiskey made in the heart of Detroit’s Eastern Market. Detroit is Different partners with Detroit City Distillery honoring the legacy of our Blues Queen and her international travels she’ll be playing our hometown for a fun filled night. The doors open at 8:00 pm and the show will begin at 9:00 pm.

Be ready to dance, sing, and love the Blues. She will be performing music from her critically acclaimed 2016 release of ‘Honest Woman,’ some Blues standards, and rocking the night away with her band.
