No Refunds Or Returns. - In the event of a cancellation initiated by Atmos Escape: - Guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. - Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy:

- Atmos Escape reserves the exclusive right to cancel any booking at its sole discretion. - Cancellations may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: - Safety concerns or facility issues - Staffing shortages - Severe weather or natural disasters - Technical malfunctions affecting gameplay Notification Procedure - If a cancellation is necessary, Atmos Escape will notify the booking party via the contact information provided at the time of reservation. - Notification will be made as soon as possible, with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled booking time whenever feasible. - Please note that guests may not cancel or reschedule bookings once confirmed. - All sales are final unless canceled by Atmos Escape.
