Have a wonderful tour with your family and friends, no one else will be added to your group. Up to 16 people can be included. It is the same tour as the public tour. BUT, no other guests can be added to your group. Add a delicious beverage to make it a memorable event. (Babies in a body carrier are free. Anyone walking or in an umbrella stroller is counted as a person.)

Party Rooms

Castle Noel is a unique, Mark Klaus inspired venue with multiple seating options, including WEDDING and Corporate Party Rooms. Castle Noel's Starlight Room is a beautiful 60 seat indoor party room while our gorgeously landscaped Garden Patio provides scenic outdoor seating for 110 guests. The Stunning Starlight Room features holiday decor, buffet counters, and an immersive light show experience while the Garden Patio includes a raised stage, 6′ fire-pit, heated stamped-concrete floor, 20′ stone waterfall, and custom string and landscape lighting. Additionally, Castle Noel includes a new commercial kitchen for catering all our onsite events! These new indoor and outdoor venues, offer flexibility for all of your Special Event needs. Sit down and be enveloped by the Immersive Mark Klaus Gingerbread Theatre with 10,000 sculpted pieces of frosting and watch the delightful, new Gingerbread show with more animatronics, more motion, and more lights, WOW! New Movie Props including "Christmas with the Krank's" and "Jingle All the Way" have been added to the 2026 tour. Klaus Mountain features a lively New "A Christmas Story" Display with authentic, vintage toys from the iconic film. The elf sprites on the mountain have Enchanted the Christmas Story Toys and brought them to life! The dynamic, new "Starlight" Party Room, adorned with 10,000 dancing lights, performs a dazzling ceiling ballet for the delight of our guests. And, don't miss our 27 foot Christmas Tree performing a Synchronized Light Show when you exit the Grand Hall! Join us, at Castle Noel, for exquisite holiday magic - perfect for your holiday parties. When you visit, don't forget to check out our ever-growing vintage toy collection inside "I Had That Toyland Experience". Celebrate being a child. Once you cross the North Pole Blizzard Vortex, prepare yourself for a magical world! Direct from Hollywood, encounter over 40,000 square feet of authentic Movieland props and costumes from Christmas classics like “Elf,” “Grinch,” “Jingle All The Way,” “Santa Claus 1, 2, and 3,” "Christmas with the Kranks," "A Christmas Story, “A Christmas Carol" and many more. Take in the stop motion animation set from "Elf: Buddy's Musical Christmas" and Buddy the puppet! You’ll encounter millions of dollars in NYC Platinum award winning animated window displays from Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, Bloomingdales, Macy's, and around the world.

Fan favorites include Mark Klaus' "Enchanted Toyland," where toys come to life and the 8' Hotwheel Megawheel portal spins with 5 rotating tracks and over 2,000 HotWheels. It's an incredible artwork installation. Enjoy the many recent additions we've brought to Castle Noel like the stunning 2020 NYC Saks Fifth Avenue window display, “This is how we celebrate,” depicting the famed Dyker Heights light competition.

Don't forget your cameras. You’ll be inspired and amazed by the Klaus-hoolio ceiling and over100,000 gleaming glass ornaments. And, just when you thought it couldn’t get better, you’ll climb Santa Klaus mountain for that once in a lifetime treasure, a magical photo with “THE SANTA!” Finally, get ready to roar as you fly down the giant red slide, just like Ralphie! Can you claim the coveted slide title, “Youngest-at-Heart-Rider” (currently 101.5 years young)?

Santa arrives November 7th for those magical photos. He takes to the sky after Dec. 23rd tours. If you book beyond these dates, don't worry, Santa beams into your photos, via the magic of Castle Noel, from around the world.

Special opportunities for guests visiting February through October every year

Castle Noel is always growing and changing. At various times throughout the year, Castle Tour guests can enjoy "Behind the Scenes" moments as Mark and his Dream Team create inspiring new installations. Here, at the Castle, we've learned that guests are FASCINATED with the backstage building. If "Building the Dream" excites you, consider touring between Feb-Oct for those unique, one-of-a-kind experiences.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: All EVENT TICKETS and TOURS are rain or shine. • Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date (Special Event Days may have special terms). Under 21 days there are no refund. TOURS: We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January - September 30th, 2026. • No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January-September 30th, 2026. • No refund if someone in your group is unable to attend. That ticket may be used January - September 2026 • If you do not contact us, and are a "no show" for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling.

The Polar Bear Club, located next to Castle Noel's award winning Gift Shop, is an arctic themed bar that catapults you into another Mark Klaus experience. This is Mark's fourth attraction. Alien Vacation Mini Golf: Voted the best mini golf in the State of Ohio! Extend your time in Medina and enjoy 19 holes of indoor, black light, freaky 3d mini golf. What happens when a family of aliens meets Santa Klaus? #JoinTheJourney and travel around the world and stop at the North Pole. There are 13 incredibly themed art installations to challenge guests and make everyone smile. Alien Vacation Mini Golf is located on the lower level of Castle Noel. Last Tee Time is 30 minutes prior to closing.
