US Open Cup 2027 Third Round Qualifier. The Diablos (8-1-3 USL League Two, playoff semifinalists) host Irving's FORO SC at Mean Green Soccer Stadium. The Diablos survived a talented Sporting North Texas team's best assault and needed extra time to earn the 2-1 victory and spot in the third round. FORO arrives battle-tested: a 3-1 Round 2 win over Inter Nova Havoc, sealed while playing a man down from the 19th minute after their keeper's red card. Winner moves one step closer to the 2027 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup.
