Brent is no stranger to kitchen life or pop-up restaurants. He did his first pop-up back in 2010, setting up a sushi bar in a Downtown Detroit nightclub. In the past couple of years he’s gotten some notable press for his Sweet Potato Banh Mi Bruschetta recipe becoming a finalist in the Rachel Ray Great American Cookbook Competition, as well as revamping menus for Ferndale’s Woodward Avenue Brewers and The Emory. In addition to his outside the box cooking style, Brent also likes to theme his menus around books, movies and pop-culture; most notably the 2013 (revolver) “Dr. Seuss Brunch” and 2015 Yeman’s Street “A Clockwork Orange” which featured 8 courses themed around quotes from the Stanley Kubrick classic. In a nutshell...Food, beverage and good times is what this guy is all about.

YumVillage & DineDrinkDetroit will be keeping the good times going with an awesome 5 course dinner under the lights of Will Leather Goods in Midtown. Guests will not only have the option to purchase a drink pairing package along with their ticket but recieve 15% off everything inside of Will's along with their dinner.

Dinner will be March 31st on the last Thursday of the month.
