Refund Policy:

Farm events are non-refundable, but tickets may be transferred to another party or rescheduled to another time slot 2 weeks before Be a Farmer events or 10 days before Story Time events. All other events cannot be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy:

Farm events takes place rain, snow, or shine. Please dress for the weather, including mud or chilly conditions. Tickets are non-refundable. If weather requires adjustments, activities may be modified while maintaining the full farm experience. If the farm must cancel due to extreme weather or emergency, tickets will be transferred to a future date.
