Refund Policy:

Guidelines and Recommendations for Teachers Visiting Our Family Farm: • Kindly obtain your bus driver's contact number for coordinating the departure of your bus from the exit. It is advisable to bring disinfecting wipes for sanitizing hands, especially as students will have direct interaction with farm animals while feeding them. • Please consider bringing bags for the small pumpkins that each student will receive as we do not supply them. It will make it easier for students to carry to the bus. • Payments can be made in cash, school checks, or credit cards. Payment MUST be made in full before tour can begin. Personal checks are not accepted. • In the case of a district-issued check, ensure that your school's name(not district) is clearly indicated along with reservation date. • To make it easier for you and your students, please have your separate counts of students, chaperones, and teachers done before your arrival at our farm. • If students are bringing their lunches, kindly label each lunch bag with the student's name. We ask, if possible, to collect all students lunches placed in a bag prior for faster entry to the Fun on the Farm. • Please instruct all chaperones to remain with their designated group of students at all times to ensure safety and compliance with the farm rules. • Note that our physical location is in the City of Crest Hill, IL, despite having a Lockport, IL mailing address. Cancellation Policy:

An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
