Get ready to celebrate a side-winding Halloween with Whoville's favorite residents! Grab your costumes (kid-friendly only, please) and join us for GrinchMe & a Who-lotta Halloween Fun, where you'll meet the Grinch, Martha May, Cindy Lou, and "you never know who!" Bring your whole family for a "Who be Who" Day filled with #FamilyFun, a kids' craft, Whobilee characters, and a special photo opportunity with the Mean One as he takes over Klaus Mountain and Santa's chair. Don't forget to wear you costumes, bring your Grinchiest grin, and pack the roast beast, because Whoville is coming to Medina, Ohio on Oct 13, 2024! Reservations are required, so visit www.castlenoel.com to purchase your tickets today. All tickets include a 1.5 -2 hour guided tour through Castle Noel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: TOURS: • Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date. Under 21 days there is no refund. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January - September 30th, 2023. • No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before your tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January-September 30th, 2024. For tours in November & December we will reschedule tours for January - September 2025. • No refund if someone in your group is unable to come. • If you do not contact us, and are a no show for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling. •SANTA DAY for Santa's and Mrs. Klaus' ONLY: A full refund two weeks before reservation date. •ROCKET CAR RIDE: A full refund three weeks before reservation date. Under three weeks, no refund, there is no reschedule date.
