Join Burns Scalo's Development Team for a behind the scenes construction tour of the Strip District's newest and most exciting new office building -- during this hard hat tour.

The Vision on Fifteenth is currently rising on Smallman Street and will encompass eight stories of office, retail and parking. Our team will highlight the post-Covid features and collection of amenities that are the future of the modern office building. Renderings, time lapse video and renderings will be used to help tell the story of this new development.. 

PLEASE NOTE: Close-toed sturdy shoes should be worn. Hard hats and safety vests will be provided. There are parts of the tour that are not wheelchair accessible and wheelchair accessible restrooms are not available.

Tour Dates/Times: Sunday, August 1, -- 10:00am - 11:00am, 11:00am - 12:00pm, 12:00pm - 1:00pm.

Tour Starts/Ends: 1465 Smallman Street, Strip District (Enter through the gate directly across from Lydia's to the Construction Trailer where you will receive a hard hat and safety vest.)

There is parking located across the street in the Homewood Suites garage (enter off of 15th) or in the surface lots located on Smallman Street.

As per current CDC guidelines, we do not require masks for fully-vaccinated persons on our tours, but will rely on “the honor system” as to whether attendees are vaccinated.
