Jared startd his career late at 23 years old. His mother and father both really didn't cook much at home but his love of food was so strong that it took him from a career of playing poker straight into the kitchen. His inspiration for starting was colleagues of his putting out a cook book and the movie ratatouille. Knowing poker couldn't be a life time career the former poker player pursued what has now become his main passion in life.
A graduate of The Art Institute of Michigan, Jared has worked in private clubs, private schools, publi restaurants, and also was a personal chef. While honing his craft he also competed at the International Shellfish Competition in Prince Edward Island Canada and was recently a contestant on Fox's Hell's Kithchen with Chef Gordon Ramsay. He placed in the final five.
Jared will be putting out an amazing all seafood dinner with a special dessert provided by Chris Franz of the RattleSnake.
