Welcome to Little Hands Studio!

Join us for our Little Hands Studio sessions, specially designed for children ages 0-7. Our art studio provides a nurturing environment where young artists can explore, create, and express themselves through various art activities. With all materials provided, including brushes, markers, papers, and canvases, your little ones will have everything they need to let their creativity flourish.

What to Expect:

  • All Materials Provided: Whatever theme it is for the week, we have everything your child needs to create their masterpiece.
  • Age-Appropriate Activities: Our sessions are tailored to the developmental stages of children ages 0-7, ensuring a fun and enriching experience for every participant.
  • Inclusive Environment: We welcome all children and aim to create a supportive and inclusive space where every child feels valued and inspired.

Neurological Benefits: Engaging in art activities at a young age offers numerous benefits for brain development:

  • Cognitive Development: Art activities enhance problem-solving skills, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Sensory Stimulation: Art engages multiple senses—sight, touch, and even sound—which helps with sensory integration and processing.
  • Language Development: Discussing their artwork helps children develop vocabulary and communication skills.

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): Participating in art supports and improves essential life skills in young children:

  • Fine Motor Skills: Handling brushes, markers, and other tools improves dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Independence: Completing art projects fosters a sense of independence and confidence.
  • Organizational Skills: Managing art materials and following steps in projects enhance organizational abilities.
  • Emotional Expression: Art provides a healthy outlet for children to express their emotions and develop emotional regulation.
  • Social Interaction: Group art activities encourage sharing, cooperation, and social engagement with peers.

Join Us! Our Little Hands Studio sessions are more than just an art class—they're an opportunity for young children to grow, learn, and connect through creativity. Whether your child is here for the joy of creating, the neurological benefits, or the support in developing life skills, they’ll find a welcoming and enriching space at our studio.
