Highly acclaimed, chef Brion Wong, has put together a special dinner to celebrate the coming of the Holiday season this Noel Night. Chef Brion Wong and a surprise guest chef pool their efforts on an asian inspired 5 course masterpiece to remember for days to come. Dine Drink Detroit together with We CraVe Detroit, YumVillage, and Harry's Detroit are proud to collaborate on this amazing dinner.
Brion brings creative vision and tremendous skill to his food which he crafted during his years in the NYC restaurant scene. Since moving to Detroit, Brion opened with success the highly anticipated Restaurant Antietam. These days he can be found in the test kitchen preparing for The Peterboro opening, an asian influenced restaurant soon to open in Midtown.
