The Olive Burger Festival is back for 2024!

The Olive Burger Festival, the most highly anticipated food event in the region, will take place at Jackson Field in Lansing on October 5th, 2024 from Noon to 5 pm. Lansing Foodies is putting on Michigan’s only Olive Burger Festival again, and it will feature several of the best olive burgers in the region.

What is the Olive Burger Festival?

The Olive Burger Festival is a celebration of Lansing, Michigan and its iconic burger. The festival will feature a variety of olive burger creations from some of the best local restaurants and food trucks. Attendees will have the opportunity to try different variations of the olive burger and vote for their favorites.

Early Bird General admission is $20. With general admission, you get 4 olive burger sample tickets. There will also be other food items available, and you can buy additional food tickets for $2 each.

Tickets purchased after 9/28 or at the door will be $25.

In addition to the olive burgers, the festival will also feature live music, games, and activities for all ages. There will be a kids' area with bounce houses and face painting. Attendees can also enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine.

Lansing Foodies is an inclusive and positive group. Therefore, the Olive Burger Festival will put inclusion and the celebration of diversity at the forefront. We will have drag performers. We won't tolerate any behavior that makes people from marginalized groups feel uncomfortable.

While we will do what we can to ensure the safety of attendees, you are attending this event at your own risk. Lansing Foodies and the Olive Burger Festival are not liable for any harm you may incur at the event or as a result of the event.

Additionally, Jackson Field has the following requirements:

• All persons, bags and personal items are subject to inspection before entering Jackson® Field™.
• NO outside food, beverages, or containers are allowed inside the ballpark.
• NO weapons are allowed inside the ballpark.
• NO smoking/vaping is allowed inside the ballpark.
• NO derogatory language is allowed inside the ballpark.
• NO poor behavior is allowed inside the ballpark.
• Animals are not allowed in the ballpark, with the exception of service animals.
• Jackson® Field™ is a non-smoking facility. Fans wishing to smoke may exit the park through designated gates after having their hand stamped for re-admittance.

The event will go on rain, hail, snow, or shine.

Lansing Foodies wants to celebrate and uplift the local food scene and make plucky little Lansing a must-visit destination for food lovers. We do this through events, providing resources for people in need, and partnering with local restaurants and businesses to get the word out about their goods. The Olive Burger Festival will be just another example of this.
