CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds. If you become too scared and are unable to complete the tour, your ticket will not be refunded. If the night of your event is cancelled, you will be permitted to utilize your equal value tickets on any other night for the 2025 Halloween season. Pemberton Haunters will inform customers that the event is cancelled a minimum of 1 hour before the listed opening hour of the evening via social media channels.
