TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT FOR Pyschotronic Spree (18+ EVENT IN TEXAS) This terms and conditions agreement is between the event organizer and the participants attending theevent. The event is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and takes place in the state of Texas. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 1-1. Age18+ event in the state of Texas. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions, if you the customer purchase a ticket for a child/minor(s) you are solely responsible. The event and its partners are not responsible/liable to what a minor may be exposed to: 1-2. AGE REQUIREMENT: This event is strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. Participants must have a valid government-issued ID to prove their age at the entrance of the event. 2. TICKET PURCHASE: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions. Tickets purchased through any other means other than through an authorized seller will not be honored. 3. PROHIBITED ITEMS: The following items are prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal drugs, outside food or drinks, and any other item deemed inappropriate by event staff. If a participant is found to be in possession of prohibited items, they will be immediately ejected from the premises. 4. BEHAVIOR: The event organizer reserves the right to eject or refuse entry to any participant who is deemed disruptive or behaving inappropriately. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. 5. LIABILITY AND WAIVER: Participants attend the event at their own risk. The event organizer, venue, sponsors and staff, shall not be held liable for any injury, damages, or losses incurred during the course of the event. 6. PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING: Participants are allowed to take photos and record videos for personal use only. Commercial or professional photography or recording is strictly prohibited. The event organizer reserves the right to use any photos or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes. 7. TICKET TRANSFERS: Tickets may not be transferred or sold to another person without prior approval from the event organizer. 8. FORCE MAJEURE: The event organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of the event beyond the reasonable control of the organizer, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable circumstances (i.e. unforeseen guest cancelation(s)) By attending this event, participants acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above. Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in immediate ejection from the event without compensation or refund.
