Tickets must be purchased a minimum of 48 hours in advance- minimum of four tickets required. Maximum of 10 tickets for any one time slot. No same-day purchases allowed.

If you need to cancel or change the appointment, you must contact Hanover Tavern 804-537-5050 or through Facebook Messenger at least 24 hours before reservation time. Hanover Tavern Foundation will decide the most efficient way to make each refund.
For safety reasons Hanover Tavern Foundation employees and volunteers may prevent entry into the game to people suspected of intoxication or of altered state or do not meet the conditions necessary to carry out the activity with guarantees of respect and safety for themselves, other participants, or property.
Policies
Refund Policy:
Refunds are available up to 3 days prior leading up to the event unless otherwise specified. Please note, this is only for Hanover Tavern Foundation events, and does not apply to functions operated by the Hanover Tavern Restaurant.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event the venue cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
