Come one, come all to the most festive event of the year - the Santa Day Parade 2026! Join us for a day filled with jolly camaraderie as we march through the streets to Medina Square. Be prepared to laugh, sing, and meet fellow fans of the North Pole. This parade is a celebration of all things North Polish, marking the arrival of spring. Your ticket includes a commemorative Santa button and a delightful coffee & cookie social. Don't miss out on the opportunity to dine in the enchanting Starlight Room & Restaurant, where twinkling lights and more cookies await (lunch available for purchase separately). Santa Day Festivities:*
9:30 am - Coffee & Cookie Social
10:30 am - Parade to the Square
11:00 am - Meet your fans on the Square. Pay Respects at Armed Forces Gazebo Tribute
11:30 am - Photos in the Castle Noel Garden Patio
Lunch in the Gardens or in the Starlight Room (a la carte menu)*
Each pre-paid Santa Day ticket will receive a $5 credit for dining in The Starlight Room or in the Castle Noel Gardens. This credit cannot be applied to a Castle Noel tour or in the Castle Noel Gift Shop.
Special Add-on:
Castle Noel Tour for only $20 (pre-purchased tickets only). Tickets purchased on the day of the event will retain standard weekend pricing.

Refund Policy:
Cancellation & Refund Policy: TOURS: • Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date. Under 21 days there is no refund. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January - September 30th, 2026. • No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before your tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January-September 30th, 2026. For tours in November & December, we will reschedule tours for January - September 2026. • No refund if someone in your group is unable to come. • If you do not contact us, and are a "no show" for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling. •ROCKET CAR RIDE: A full refund three weeks before reservation date. Under three weeks, no refund, there is no reschedule date.
