A Magical Celebration of North Pole Cheer!
It's a Magical Celebration of North Pole Cheer! Come one, come all to the jolliest event of the year - the Santa Day Parade! Join us for an event filled with a unique camaraderie as we march through the streets to Medina Square. This parade is a celebration of the all things festive and North Polish. Be prepared to laugh, sing, and meet fellow fans of our favorite holiday. All holiday personalities are warmly welcome.*
For parading Santas and Holiday Personalities, your ticket includes a commemorative Santa Day button and a delightful coffee and cookies social as well at an opportunity for reduced admission to Castle Noel! In addition, each pre-paid Santa Day ticket will receive a $5 credit for dining in the Hideaway Tavern & Patio at Castle Noel.
For Christmas fans, parade tickets are not required; please bring your smile and join us on Medina Square for the festivities. Can you spot the real Santa?
After the parade, everyone is encouraged to take a Castle Noel tour and/or dine in the enchanting Starlight Room Restaurant, where twinkling lights and cookies await (lunch and tours require a separate purchase). Experience the magic of the moment this Santa Day!

Each pre-paid Santa Day ticket will receive a $5 credit for dining in The Starlight Room or in the Castle Noel Gardens. This credit cannot be applied to a Castle Noel tour or in the Castle Noel Gift Shop.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: TOURS: • Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date. Under 21 days there is no refund. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January - September 30th, 2026. • No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before your tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January-September 30th, 2026. For tours in November & December, we will reschedule tours for January - September 2026. • No refund if someone in your group is unable to come. • If you do not contact us, and are a "no show" for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling. •ROCKET CAR RIDE: A full refund three weeks before reservation date. Under three weeks, no refund, there is no reschedule date.
