Attention all aspiring Elves! Santa Claus is in a bit of a holiday crunch this year, and he needs the most creative, expert toy-testers around to help him finish his Christmas checklist. Bring your little ones to Castle Noel for an exclusive, child-friendly holiday tour where the kids are officially in charge of saving Christmas! Parents, adults and children enjoy the tour together.
✨ The Ultimate Holiday Mission
This specially designed, kid-level interactive experience takes children on a whimsical journey through America’s largest indoor Christmas attraction. Instead of just touring, the kids will become active participants in Santa's workshop operations.
❄️ What’s Included in the Adventure:
- The Junior Elf Guided Tour: Explore the magical, twinkling halls of Castle Noel at a pace built just for little feet and big imaginations. They will marvel at millions of festive lights, towering trees, and real animated NYC window displays.
- The Testing Lab: Santa needs to narrow down the ultimate stocking stuffers! Kids will get to evaluate and choose their favorite treats and toys (and take-home), picking between cuddly stuffed animals, world-famous Hammond’s Candies, gourmet chocolates, and more!
- Magic Snow-Making Station: Learn the secret North Pole recipe and create your very own batch of fluffy, magical indoor snow to take home.
- Reindeer Fuel Workshop: Mix up a custom, environmentally-sustainable batch of magical reindeer food to sprinkle on your lawn on Christmas Eve so Rudolph and the team know exactly where to land.
- The Grand Finale: Every helper gets to meet the Big Guy himself, climb Santa Klaus Mountain, and finish the tour by zooming down the famous Ralphie's Giant Slide!

Cancellation & Refund Policy: TOURS: • Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date. Under 21 days there is no refund. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January - September 30th, 2026. • No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before your tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January-September 30th, 2026. For tours in November & December, we will reschedule tours for January - September 2026. • No refund if someone in your group is unable to come. • If you do not contact us, and are a "no show" for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling. •ROCKET CAR RIDE: A full refund three weeks before reservation date. Under three weeks, no refund, there is no reschedule date.
