Updated Ticket policy

In order to better meet the objectives of reduced capacity in our COVID-19 plan, we will be updating our ticket policy effective immediately. Current ticket holders will not be subject to this update and their tickets will still be honored throughout the season.

Tickets will now only be sold in groups of 4, 5 or 6 tickets. Attraction capacity will be reduced to no more than 6 people per group. If you would like to attend with a larger group you will have to make more than one purchase. Please be aware that any group over 6 people will be split up and asked to stand in separate social distanced sections on cue lines and enter the attractions separately. Refusal to comply will result in your removal from the property without a refund.

Why the updated ticket policy?

Due to COVID-19, every group that enters the premises must remain socially distant from other groups. Because of this, we are no longer able to combine groups smaller than 4 into one group. With the ability to only process a limited number of groups per time slot and limited tickets available per time slot, this will allow us to better manage the crowds, social distancing and wait times - making a safer and more enjoyable experience for all.

* Although we try our best to manage wait times and process groups through the attractions as quickly as possible while still maintaining a great, scary experience, please allow for greater than average wait times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Welcome To Schmitts Farm Haunt

Featuring The Haunt and The Haunted Corn Trail

Combo Ticket:

A Combo Ticket includes (1) admission to the Haunted Corn Trail and (1) admission to the Haunt.

What Is Lights Out Lantern Night?

Lights out Lantern Night is when the lights of the haunt are turned off and each group is given a tiny lantern to light there way through the darkness. This is a truly unique way to experience the haunt!

How Timed Ticketing Works:

Each night will be broken into 30 minute time slots with limited numbers of tickets sold per time slot. Time slots that are sold out will be indicated online to help you plan your visit.

Arrival at Schmitts Farm Haunt:

You must check-in at the time of your purchased time slot. (IE: 8pm time slot will have an 8pm check-in time.) Please make sure your entire group is present prior to check-in.

If you miss your check-in time:

If you arrive after your check-in time your entry will NOT BE GUARANTEED. If you are denied entry into the attractions you will have the following options available to you:

Option 1)

You may wait on the standby line if there are standby spots available.

Option 2)

You may switch your ticket to one of the designated transfer dates below free of charge if there are time slots available on those dates. Please contact Alex@schmittsfarmhaunt.com to arrange your transfer.

Once you check-in:

Once your time slot is called you will begin the entry process where your group will be staged. Then, your tickets will be scanned and you will be admitted to the haunted corn trail cue line. Once you complete the haunted corntail, you will be entered into the haunt cue line. Once you complete the haunt you will be let out into our midway area with our concession stand and other activities.

*Please be aware that due to social distancing there is increased time between each group in each attraction. This will increase wait times. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
