Deluxe 10’x10' booth space in the vendor room

  • Listing on our website and printed program under "Vendors"

  • Two vendor badges with lanyards
  • Invitation to the private Welcome Reception at the Hilton Hotel on Friday night for two people (Only for Sponsors, Vendors and Speakers)  
  • WiFi service is complimentary 
  • 110 V power access is complimentary
  • Access to our Sponsor/Vendor/Speaker-only hospitality room (our "V-EYE-P" room) during the convention
  • Water will be provided for the sales floor
  • Coffee, tea, water and snacks are provided in the V-EYE-P room


Deluxe 10'x20' booths: include all of the above, but there are two tables, four chairs, four badges, and two trash cans.


7'x7' "Artist Alley" booth* includes: 

  • One draped 6′ table
  • Two chairs
  • Wastepaper basket
  • Booth ID & number and two vendor badges
  • Complimentary access Saturday and Sunday to vendor/speaker room
  • Coffee, water and snacks are provided free
  • Wi-Fi is provided free
  • (*Power or "Pipe & Drape" are NOT provided for an Artist booth

Cancellation Policy:

An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
