Get ready for a 90-minute tour of America's largest indoor Holiday Movie Attraction & Museum, an exhilarating ride in one of the original Euclid Beach Rocket Cars, and a magical visit from Santa himself on Klaus Mountain!

PLEASE NOTE: There are only 10 available seats per ride. If you reserve two different time slots for your party, you will be on different rocket rides.

Check in for the Rocket Ride and Castle Tour inside Castle Noel's Gift shop
The Euclid Beach Rocket Car Ride is outside and at the beginning of your adventure (first ten minutes). Please check-in five minutes prior to the start of your adventure. The Castle Noel tour (1.5-2.0 hours) is primarily indoors. Castle Noel is American's largest indoor Christmas movie prop collection. Castle Tours will begin approximately 10-20 minutes after your Rocket Car returns to the Gift Shop. There will be sufficient time between the Rocket Ride and the Castle Noel Tour to use the Restroom.

Located on the lower level of Castle Noel.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: TOURS: • Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date. Under 21 days there is no refund. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January - September 30th, 2025. • No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before your tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January-September 30th, 2025. For tours in November & December we will reschedule tours for January - September 2025. • No refund if someone in your group is unable to come. • If you do not contact us, and are a "no show" for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling. DONATIONS to "The Promise of Christmas" are donations to a non-profit Hurricane Relief Event. These are donations to Hurricane Survivors. Donations are NOT tickets and they do not provide access to Castle Noel, Mark Klaus Attractions, or The Promise of Christmas events. •SANTA DAY for Santa's and Mrs. Klaus' ONLY: A full refund two weeks before reservation date. •ROCKET CAR RIDE: A full refund three weeks before reservation date. Under three weeks, no refund, there is no reschedule date.
