This Sunday, December 8, enter the mystical, made-up world of an ancient China where kung fu rules. Inspired by wuxia movies like “House of Flying Daggers” and “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon,” our cast will bring to life a fully improvised kung fu movie. Once a title from the audience is chosen, the fighting begins!
**IMPORTANT NOTE: This showcase is being presented at the MLK Jr Community Center in San Mateo and not at the BATS Bayfront Theatre! Address is below.**
This show is being performed by the students of the BATS “House of the Flying Bat” Intensive that took place at Cubberley Community Center in Palo Alto. The students will perform a roughly 45-minute kung fu play followed by short scenes.
