JOIN us this year for Friday and/or Saturdays for this exciting weekend event during the season. Our season runs from Memorial Day Weekend thru mid September - weather permitting

Reservations are NOT required and you are welcome to just show up and it is FIRST come... FIRST serve on our kayak availability for our Sunset Paddles. Groups of 6 or more may want to book ahead of time. We also are limited on our TANDEM or XL (1, 2 or 3 person kayaks) and would suggest reserving those in advance in order to guarantee them.

It is totally magical viewing our OHIO SUNSET from the water on the elevated reservoir vantage point. It is also a great way to relax after a long week of work or simply enjoy some on-the-water therapy by yourself or with family and friends!

RENTAL INFORMATION:

SINGLE KAYAK - $20.00 (One person up to 299 lbs)

TANDEM- $40.00 - Seats 2 people and you can add a 3rd small child for $10.00 more up to 550 lbs total combined weight

XL KAYAK - $30.00 - A single Kayak that can accommodate an extra tall person or someone who weighs 300 - 550 lbs.

DOGS - Can be added for $5.00 each, but you MUST provide your OWN pet life jacket, bring them on a leash and sign a waiver of liability for the animal. Think carefully before bringing FIDO as they can make or break your experience on the water!

BRING YOUR OWN BOAT - Totally FREE to bring your own watercraft and launch on your own and join in the FUN! If you need a Lifejacket or paddle we rent them for $5 ea.

SUNSET TIMES vary month by month during our season. Here is a guide to help you plan your arrival and paddle times...

MAY and JUNE - Plan on arriving anytime from 7:00pm - 8:00pm for Sunset Launching and you can stay out until about 9:00pm - 9:15pm as you see fit.

JULY - Plan on arriving 7:00pm - 8:00pm for Sunset Launching and you can stay out until about 9:00pm as you see fit.

AUGUST - Plan on arriving 6:00pm - 7:00pm for Sunset Launching and you can stay out until about 8 - 8:30pm as you see fit.

SEPTEMBER - Plan on arriving 5:30pm - 6:30pm for Sunset Launching and you can stay out until about 8:00pm as you see fit.

Arrive about 10-15 minutes early so we have time to check you in, fit you properly for a Lifejacket, watercraft, get you the gear required, answer any questions, etc...
