Ever wanted to spy inside a real manor? You and your crew have been recruited by a rival hot sauce company for a covert mission targeting the legendary mad hot sauce genius Mr. B and his recipe. He has protected this recipe for decades and refuses to sell it. The next best thing is to steal it!  

Mr B is paranoid and has designed strange puzzles to protect his life's work and keep his secrets safe. Every puzzle solved brings you closer to the formula. Every mistake brings you closer to getting caught.

Mr. B has stepped out and will return in 1 hr.

Participant Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Media Consent

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities at The Hot Sauce House, including but not limited to interactive mystery games, puzzle-solving experiences, themed environments, and related activities (collectively, the "Experience"), I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in The Hot Sauce House is voluntary and involves inherent risks. The Experience may include:

• Walking through dimly lit areas
• Standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, or climbing a few steps
• Stress from mentally challenging puzzles
• Exposure to scents that may trigger headaches or allergic reactions.

I certify that I am physically and emotionally able to participate. If I have any medical condition that may be affected by these activities including claustrophobia, heart conditions, epilepsy, anxiety disorders, pregnancy, or other health concerns. I understand participation is at my own discretion.

If at any time I feel unable to continue, I will immediately notify a staff member.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Experience and release, waive, and discharge The Hot Sauce House, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, landlords, and agents from any claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Participant Rules

For the safety of everyone, I agree that I will:

• Follow all staff instructions.
• ages 8+ only. Guardian must be present and either participate or stay on the premises till the game is over.
• Treat all props and equipment with care.
• Never force locked doors, locks, drawers, furniture, or game components.
• Never climb on furniture, walls, shelves, or decorative elements.
• Never strike, damage, or remove any property belonging to The Hot Sauce House.
• Never intentionally interfere with cameras, sensors, speakers, or electronic equipment.
• Keep all emergency exits clear.
• Never smoke, vape, or use open flames inside the facility.
• Never bring food or beverages into the game area.
• Immediately report any damaged prop or unsafe condition.

Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the Experience without refund.

Participants acknowledge that this is an interactive theatrical experience involving custom-built puzzles, electronic effects, themed lighting, sounds, scents, and decorative props. No puzzle requires excessive physical force. If an object does not move or open with reasonable effort, participants should assume it is not intended to be forced and request assistance if needed

Confidentiality

The puzzles, game design, storyline, clues, and solutions are proprietary to The Hot Sauce House.

I agree not to intentionally reveal puzzle solutions, codes, or game secrets through social media, online reviews, videos, or other public forums so future guests may enjoy the experience.

Photography, Recording and use of AI

Photography, video recording to solve puzzles inside the Experience are prohibited unless specifically authorized. The use of AI to solve puzzles is strictly prohibited.

I understand that The Hot Sauce House may photograph or record guests in public areas or during gameplay for promotional purposes. By participating, I grant permission for my likeness to be used in advertising, social media, promotional materials, and other marketing without compensation.

Damage to Property

I understand that I may be held financially responsible for damage resulting from intentional misconduct, vandalism, theft, or reckless behavior.

Minors

Participants under 18 years of age must have this agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Emergency Situations

I understand that I may leave the Experience at any time by notifying a staff member. Emergency exits are always available and are never part of the game.

Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that:

• I have read and understand this Agreement.
• I voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation.
• I understand this is a legally binding agreement.
• I agree to comply with all rules established by The Hot Sauce House.
