During this invite-only event, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the city and the many incredible people, places, and projects creating a brighter future for everyone who lives here.

• Meet with major employers looking to hire recent graduates
• Take the ultimate cultural tour of Flint where you’ll learn about the city’s nightlife, ground-breaking initiatives, and importance in an international landscape
• Get introduced to noteworthy Flint residents and civic leaders including speakers Anthony Kelly, Planning Specialist from Genesee County, Emily Doerr from the City of Flint and Jessica Judson from Insight Health
• Connect with other soon-to-be and recent grads
• Enjoy free meals and great speakers
• Bus Transportation included from Michigan State University and Central Michigan University.

Agenda

• 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm Welcome with guest speakers & networking with employers and fellow young professionals. Refreshments available. 
• 2:30 pm - 5pm The Ultimate Flint Experience Tour: Our tour will take you inside the most exciting and innovative places to live, work and connect with in the city. Stops will include the Flint Farmers Market and the Shops on Saginaw
• 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Community Partner Dinner & Reception: Dinner with community leaders, engaging speaker and great giveaways

Come for the full day experience or join the event for when you can. Note: If you join the tour from 2:30-5 PM, you will not be able to leave during the tour.

Know Before You Go:

Is Transportation Provided?

• Bus transportation will be provided from Michigan State and Wayne State University. If you need transportation, please indicate "yes" during checkout.
• If you’ll be traveling separately, you can meet us directly at the Sloan Museum of Discovery where all parking lots are free of charge.

What's the dress code?

• Business Casual but wear comfy shoes for the tour.
