Class size: 12 students maximum

Prerequisite: F4 or equivalent experience required.

How often have you been in an improv scene and found you and your partner wandering from offer to offer, adding yet another new idea, struggling to find the thing that will make the scene take off? The fault is not in your offers (or your partner's offers). It's in how you treat those offers.

In this two day intensive, we'll play with a shift in approach. Rather than concern ourselves with making "interesting" offers we'll strive to be more interested in the offers that we make. Rather than wait for a "bold" offer to be made, we'll make and accept ordinary offers in a bold way. Finally, we'll look at how offers can change us; not just to move the narrative, but to make our character and their world more complete and real, if we embrace the offers wholeheartedly.

The intensive is open to students who have completed Foundation 4 and above (or Coach approval).

BATS Improv Class Refund Policy

• If you cancel more than 96 hours (4 days) before a class begins, we will refund your tuition less a 15% processing fee.
• If you cancel within 96 hours (4 days) of your first class, or any time after your first class session, your tuition will be forfeit.

In the event that we cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we’ll refund your tuition in full.
